Chair
Rachel is an independent consultant working with purpose-led organisations, advising on strategy, organisation development and complex change. Rachel has extensive Board leadership experience, as executive director, non-executive director, trustee, and Chair, gained in organisations seeking to achieve positive social impact.
Treasurer
Matt spent over 15 years working for various social landlords before retraining as a chartered accountant. He has extensive experience of working with a wide range of organisations from across the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Karen has worked in leadership roles within the local voluntary sector. Her background is in services for young people and families, mental health and supporting those affected by substance misuse. With over twenty years’ experience in the voluntary sector, she has a focus on developing and delivering services for those with complex needs and she is passionate about sustained system change and partnership working.
Rebecca has worked as a senior manager in local health services since 2006. She has a background in hospital general management and business planning, and now works to deliver improvements across health and care in a system transformation role.
Melody is a solicitor in private practice with over 15 years experience in family law. She is an accredited children’s law specialist and has also provided pro bono legal advice through a number of voluntary organisations in all areas of family law.
Shiona has a background as a management consultant and senior fundraising manager, including five years as part of the One25 team. She now works in the NHS promoting collaboration between hospitals across the South West to improve patient care.
Zoe works in the nature conservation sector, specialising in collaboration and coalition building. She currently manages a cross-sector partnership of local authorities, NGOs and private sector organisations in the West of England with a focus on multi-partner project development and fundraising.
Anastasia has worked in various roles within Mental Health Services for 15 years ensuring the embedding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She is also an accredited mediator.
A Social Policy and Women’s Studies graduate, Jacquie brings career experience in the field of Corporate Communications and PR; as well as an understanding of Addiction & Recovery services. Jacquie divides her time between London and Bristol, and is Mum to four children.
Lynn has over 12 years experience in Public Health, most recently in a local authority setting, and has held a strong focus on the wider determinants of health and tackling inequalities.
Ella has worked in operational and strategic leadership roles in national NGO’s for over 15 years. Qualifying in Social Work 22 years ago, Ella specialises in safeguarding and is currently driving forward the implementation of protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment strategies in countries in the Global South. Ella is passionate about co-created service provision, ensuring the experiences of service users are at the core of the design, delivery and evaluation of provision.
Gina is a strategic HR Leader with experience across global, commercial, multi-site and regulated organisations. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has significant experience with board-level committees as well as various HR areas such as strategic planning, change management and reward.
Felicity is a chartered accountant with over a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors. She has worked in service delivery and special programmes, and now specialises in future programme delivery within the public sector. Passionate about fostering diversity in the workplace, she is dedicated to promoting a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
