When we use the term ‘woman’ at One25, we mean anyone who identifies as a woman. This includes cisgender and transgender women. We also support people who are non-binary and have a lived experience of womanhood.
We do not support those who only sex work online, from home or in parlours.
Women can access our services themselves and we also accept referrals from other professionals.
There are a number of ways you can get support:
Our van goes out 7 nights a week and on Wednesday mornings. Any woman on the beat can flag down the van or call the van freephone on 0800 6 125 125.
Van hours:
The van team offers food, clothing, hot drinks, harm reduction packs, condoms, early evidence collection, and safety advice.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:30 – 3:30pm.
The hub provides hot meals, hot drinks, showers, hygiene/sanitary products, condoms and clothes, as well as space to rest, try creative activities, and get support from staff and volunteers.
You can also see the following healthcare professionals:
Monday: Prescribing Nurse and Sexual Health Nurse
Wednesday: GP and Prescribing Nurse
We welcome casework referrals for women who are street sex-working and may require specialist support around needs such as housing, addiction, mental health or domestic/sexual violence. If women referred to us are not street sex-working, we may signpost to another local agency or suggest alternative referrals. Please ensure you have a woman’s consent to make a referral before doing so.
Please contact Services Coordinator, Katie, for a referral form.
