The women we support face significant barriers to healthcare, including rigid appointment systems and stigma about street sex-working. They often feel unsafe or unsupported in traditional healthcare settings due to trauma they have experienced.
Through our daytime hub, women can get flexible, sensitive support for their health and wellbeing.
"It's the best healthcare I've ever had, from people who not only care, but don't condemn."
- Lizzy

The One25 hub is open four afternoons a week, providing hot meals, showers and clothing. It’s also a space for women to rest, meet and be creative.
Every week we host a sexual health nurse, prescribing nurse and GP in the hub, so women can get trauma-informed care in a space that feels safe and familiar.
Each woman tailors the support she receives: on her first visit she might have a hot meal and pick up condoms and clean needles. Later, she’s ready to discuss her mental health or start an Opioid Substitute Treatment to reduce her use of drugs.
The hub is her space, offering respite and support without judgement.
From 2023 to 2026, the One25 hub was known as the health hub.
"I enjoy coming to the hub and [my caseworker] is so supportive, helping and trusted. I wouldn't change her for the world."
- Rachel
