One25 prioritises joint-working to eradicate gaps or duplication in support for our service users and remove barriers to accessing the support they need. Our service users benefit greatly from being able to access partner agencies specialist knowledge and care.
One25 is a member of eight local strategy boards and a member of national networks. We have also built up closer relationships with neighbourhood groups to reduce stigma and increase mutual understanding.
One25’s contracted partners include
St Mungo’s Broadway: Together we deliver the Assertive Contact and Engagement Service for Bristol Mental Health which reaches out to people and groups who could otherwise be under-represented in mental health services. We also work together jointly on the Assessment and Reconnection Service which aims to prevent people at risk of rough sleeping from spending a night on the streets.
One25 works alongside many local and national agencies including:
Avon and Somerset Police; Barnardos BASE; The Bridge (SARC); Bristol City Council, especially Children and Young People’s Services, Safer Bristol Partnership and housing support; Bristol ROADS (including Addiction Recovery Agency, Bristol Drugs Project; Developing Health and Independence; BSDAS; and Drugs and Homelessness Initiative); Bristol Sexual Health Clinic; Compass Health; Crisis Centre Ministries; Eden House; Mendip District Council (Rough Sleepers Initiative); Nelson Trust; Nilaari; Police and Crime Commissioners; Red Cross; SARSAS; Self Injury Support; Ugly Mugs; University of Bristol; University of the West of England; Unseen UK; Victim Support and Womankind
