One25 prioritises joint-working to eradicate gaps or duplication in support for our service users and remove barriers to accessing the support they need. Our service users benefit greatly from being able to access partner agencies specialist knowledge and care.
One25 is a member of eight local strategy boards and a member of national networks. We have also built up closer relationships with neighbourhood groups to reduce stigma and increase mutual understanding.
One25’s contracted partners include
St Mungo’s Broadway: Together we deliver the Assertive Contact and Engagement Service for Bristol Mental Health which reaches out to people and groups who could otherwise be under-represented in mental health services. We also work together jointly on the Assessment and Reconnection Service which aims to prevent people at risk of rough sleeping from spending a night on the streets.
Golden Key: One25 is one of a range of agencies in Bristol working in partnership with Second Step to deliver Golden Key. Agencies work together to help people with complex and multiple needs in Bristol. Partners unite to find new ways of working, increasing innovation and flexibility and engaging people in ways that have not been possible before.
