Two of our supporters just ran a Cheese and Wine fundraiser for us and invited their whole street. Here is how they got on… “A total of 24 neighbours and friends came, and it was a lovely opportunity for our friendly street to get together. Most people were really interested to hear about One25, and said they hadn’t realised what good work was going on…

In total, One25 can receive up to £12,000 of matched giving which would save many women’s lives across Bristol!
Carrie had recently fled to Bristol to escape her violent boyfriend and to her terror he’d tracked her down. Thankfully he was arrested, but this meant that Carrie lost her emergency housing as she was deemed ‘out of danger’ and wasn’t from Bristol. Carrie was pregnant, scared and about to be homeless, with no one to turn to.
