Former service user ‘Pat’ is so gentle and hopeful as she talks to BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour about addiction, prison and sex work. Pat was in and out of prison for over 30 years. This last time, One25 caseworkers were waiting to meet her at the gates. She tells listeners about her freedom and recovery.
