Exercise makes you feel great. So does giving to someone in need. So why not combine these two endorphin boosters and supercharge the feel-good factor for a challenge you’ll never forget?!

Not sure where to start? You’re in luck. We have a bunch of ideas for you to browse below. From walks and hikes, to runs and cycle rides. Join in with a thousands of people at a major event, or go it alone on a solo adventure.

If you’ve always wanted to run a marathon – this is your time. If you’ve never reached a fitness goal in your life – this is your time. Combining your exercise with fundraising gives you the extra motivation to stick with it, even through rainy mornings, stitches and ‘what was I thinking!?’ doubts. With every pound on your JustGiving page, you’ll know you’re giving a lifeline to a woman in desperate need. And you’ll soar through the finishing line.
