One25’s values are important to us because they act as guiding principles which run throughout the organisation and set the tone for our interactions with each other. This year, as part of One25’s strategic planning, we’ve taken time to review and refresh our organisational values. We held sessions with staff, the Board and volunteers and the women gave feedback through the health hub and Bridging Gaps forum.
There were so many interesting conversations, reflections and insights. It was fascinating to hear how the same word could mean different things to different people and we learnt a lot through the process. Because of this we felt it was important to add some descriptions to our values so that we could be clear about what we mean by them.
