Some really great news about developing our night outreach.

As long as women are trapped in street sex work, we want to be out there with them. ✊

“So, I’m Estefania Alvarez and I started with One25 when the pilot project started. I’m one of the van team leaders on the weekends.

“After experiencing supporting the women at night, I think the main thing is they feel safe in the middle of the night – when the van appears and having us around. That sense of company from people that care for them, having that security that there are people caring for them and they are there.

“In the last 3 months since the van has been out on the weekends it’s been quite busy on Saturdays and Sundays and there has been a response always from the women being very happy and glad that the van is out on the weekends as well. “And it’s great news that the pilot has been extended for 3 more months.”
