One25 has an exciting opportunity for a grants fundraiser with a proven track record of success who is seeking to develop their skills. We’re looking for a team player who is proactive, has drive and ambition, is an excellent communicator and is also analytical and organised with good attention to detail. Above all though you will be excited about developing relationships with and inspiring our funders and supporters.
The main responsibility of this role is raising income from trusts and foundations. Additionally, as One25’s fundraising and communications team is small, innovative and dynamic you will also be exposed to other areas of work which may include: events, communications and the use of social media.
The post-holder must be a team player and able to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of people. You will have strong administration skills, be organised, sensitive, pro active, confident, and have a proven track record of securing multiple five-figure grants.
The successful post holder will report to One25’s Fundraising and Communications Manager.
Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required. We particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates, as these groups are underrepresented in our workforce.
Hours: 30 hours per week, over four-five days Monday to Friday, to include occasional evening commitments for which time off in lieu will be given.
Salary: £23,329 (£29,161 FTE)
