If you want to the perfect excuse to get outside and move this May, this one’s for you. Tailor My One25 Miles to suit your fitness level and free time. Walk, run, cycle, swim, scoot, or do a combination of it all! Can you stretch to the full 125 miles? Or do you need to decrease the distance? Whatever would be challenging to you is fine by us.
You’ll have the month of May to cover your chosen distance, however you choose – no motors allowed!
Keep track of your miles on Strava by joining our My One25 Miles club. You can see how the rest of the team are doing, including a leadership board for those of you who are motivated by a bit of friendly competition.

It’s free to take part. All you have to do is hit the appropriate pink sign up button above and let us know what you plan to give up and how far you intend to move. We’ll then send you all you need to know about fundraising and how to make the most of this opportunity to help women in our city.
