This May, we’re asking people like you to complete 125 miles for One25. Walk, run, cycle or swim the distance, whenever and wherever you want. This is our first event designed by you, for you!
Whether you step it daily, run it in chunks or pedal it in one day, anyone can do this! Whatever your fitness level, or time constraints, make every step count as you take on a challenge to change a life.
Track your mileage as you go and ask friends and family to sponsor you along the way. It’s free to take part and you’ll receive full support and fundraising advice throughout. We’re asking all participants to try to raise £125 (or more) for One25 – with your determination and our expertise, we know you can do it!

There are currently around 150 women trapped in street sex work in Bristol. They are some of our city’s most vulnerable women, with complex emotional and physical needs. By taking part in My One25 Miles, you can help these women break free from lives of poverty, addiction and violence, towards safer and more fulfilling lives.
Asking people for donations can be scary at first, but don’t worry! We’ve got plenty of ideas that will build your confidence and make it much easier (and enjoyable) than you ever thought possible! For fun and useful fundraising tips click here. We’ll be with you every step of the way with advice and top tips.
Anyone, of any ability!
You could do a long hike every Sunday, or do 4 miles every day. You could even alter your mileage target to suit your needs.

Yes! By taking part as a team you can set a bespoke target, and split the mileage between members to complete.
